Its super easy! Check the swap you want to join, it will give you the basic outline. You only need to make 1 basket. That gets sent to your secret named person. Its sorta like a secret santa game. You dont have to make something for everyone, just one person! You will be sent that persons name and address and just get it sent in my the deadline!
